Background

Anika joined Warren McKeon Dickson in December 2007 on scholarship while completing her studies at the University of Wollongong. 

Anika graduated from the University of Wollongong in December 2008 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in February 2009.

Experience

Anika is a member of the WMD Corporate and Commercial Group where she is primarily involved in acting for clients in Local, District, Supreme and Federal Court proceedings, providing commercial and corporate advice, providing employment advice, and drafting a range of commercial documents.

Anika assists clients with dispute resolution in civil matters, including contract disputes, Succession Act claims, bankruptcy and associated debt collection issues. Anika’s experience includes conducting commercial negotiations and representing clients in mediation as well as the preparation of court documentation on behalf of clients and acting during the course of the proceedings.

Since joining the firm in 2007 Anika has worked in the commercial law division, family law division and the WMD Property Group where she has gained experience in dealing with a wide variety of legal issues.
