Background
David has been a solicitor in the Merimbula area since 1992 and principally operates from the Merimbula office of Peter Tierney Lawyer.
David has experience in a wide range of legal areas and in more recent times his areas of practice concentrates on;

Family Law
Over the years David has assisted very many clients in what are often difficult and emotional times for those involved in family law. He understands there is a need to achieve a speedy and cost effective resolution whilst effectively pursuing his client’s family law entitlements.
David has successful represented clients in the Family Court and Federal Magistrates Court and achieved resolutions involving significant assets by way of Binding Financial Agreements and Consent Orders.
Conveyancing
David and the staff at the Merimbula office go to lengths to ensure a speedy and effective conveyancing process.
An important part of David’s conveyancing practice is to full explain in everyday language the conveyancing process and the legal rights and obligations that are created by buying and selling real estate.
