Background

Emma graduated from the University of Wollongong in July 2010 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology.

Emma joined Warren McKeon Dickson as a Law Clerk in September 2010 and was admitted a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 8 April 2011.

Experience

Since joining Warren McKeon Dickson Emma has worked predominantly in Property Law.

As a Law Clerk, Emma gained experience in Family Law, Commercial Law and Property Law attending to document preparation and lodgement as well as property settlements. 

Emma is now a member of the WMD Property Group, and her experience includes commercial and retail leasing, commercial conveyancing, business sales and acquisitions, residential conveyancing including easement related neighbourhood disputes. 

Emma also has experience working in the preparation of wills, powers of attorney and Guardianship documents.
