Background
Growing up on the south coast of New South Wales Lisa graduated from the University of Wollongong with degrees in Commerce and Law and joined Warren McKeon Dickson in 2008.
Lisa is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and is admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia.

Experience
Lisa operates predominantly in the area of Family Law and De Facto Relationship dispute resolution in the Family Court and the Federal Magistrates Court, or by alternative dispute resolution procedures.
Lisa’s background in Economics and her practical general litigation experience equips her to assist you with proceedings involving commercial property and complex family law property issues.
Lisa can provide independent advice on Child Support Agreements and Binding Financial Agreements for de facto or married couples at the commencement or conclusion of a relationship.
Lisa has experience in the conduct of Local and District Court Criminal matters appearing and briefing counsel, and in the conduct of appeals to the Court of Criminal Appeal of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
Lisa also has civil litigation experience, particularly Supreme Court proceedings involving contested wills and questionable mortgages.
Lisa has hands on experience with Applications for Apprehended Violence Orders and has particular expertise in criminal charges with interrelated family law issues.
Lisa is also the NSW Young Lawyers Regional Delegate for the St George/Sutherland Shire Area, and a member of our regional law society’s executive committee. Lisa plays an active role in arranging educational and social events for the lawyers in our local area and also assists the NSW Young Lawyers to indentify and address issues which are particular to young members of the profession. This year Lisa was nominated for the NSW Young Lawyer Award.
