 Background

Michael graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Arts Degree and holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.  He has been admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Michael has competed at an International level in Waterpolo and represented Australia here and overseas.  With a background in hospitality Michael brings a wealth of life experience to his practice in law.

Experience

Prior to joining the firm Michael worked in a boutique Sydney firm where he gained valuable skills in both immigration law and client management.
 

Since joining the firm Michael has worked predominantly in the Criminal and Commercial law divisions where he has gained experience in both criminal and civil litigation. Michael is experienced in the drafting of extensive legal documents and briefing Counsel for complicated matters.
 

Michael has also worked in the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Guardianship documents and has been instrumental in the conduct of large scale debt collection.
 

Michael appears in Local, District and Supreme Courts acting for clients on a wide variety of matters.  He assists in the preparation of court documentation on behalf of clients and the conduct of proceedings generally.
