Background
Nicola graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction in 2009 and was admitted to practice in 2010. Nicola is admitted as a solicitor of both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.
Nicola joined Warren McKeon Dickson in January 2009 as the recipient of the Warren McKeon Dickson Work Integrated Learning Scholarship offered in conjunction with the University of Wollongong.

Experience
Nicola has worked predominantly in the areas of Family Law, Estate Planning and Litigation.
As a member of the Family Law Division Nicola provides support in the conduct of all family law litigation. Nicola has experience in negotiating parenting and property settlements and appears regularly for clients in the Family Courts. Nicola also has experience in adoption applications and can provide advice on child support arrangements. Nicola has extensive experience in drafting Binding Financial Agreements as well as Binding Child Support Agreements.
Nicola assists clients with dispute resolution in civil matters, predominantly with regards to Succession Act claims, bankruptcy and associated debt collection issues.
Nicola also has experience working in the preparation of wills, powers of attorney and Guardianship documents, including complex estate planning tailored to match the individual needs of clients.
