Warren McKeon Dickson has extensive experience in all criminal matters in the Local, District and Supreme Courts of New South Wales. We regularly attend at Sutherland, Wollongong and South Coast Local Courts. We are able to assist you to obtain the best result in your court proceedings and advise you on all the steps which may be taken to improve your prospects prior to your court hearing, including obtaining documents to tender in court on your behalf and making referrals to suitable courses or qualified counsellors.
We are able to advise you upon the evidence necessary to prove a charge and also to assist you in gathering the evidence necessary to defend yourself. We also have experience in the conduct of committal hearings and jury trials and benefit from having strong working relations with specialist Criminal Law Queen’s Counsel and Senior Counsel to ensure you have access to the highest possible level of expertise in your defence.
