Background
Craig graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Science degree in Chemistry and an Honours degree in Law and joined Warren McKeon Dickson in 2000 and became a principal in 2005.
Craig is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and is admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia.
Experience
The main areas of Craig's practice include advising on commercial contracts, conducting commercial litigation and civil litigation generally. Most of Craig's litigation practice is conducted in the Supreme and District Courts of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia.
Craig has advised a diverse range of clients including real estate agents, executors, trustees, manufacturers, transport companies, finance providers, accountants, franchisees, construction consultants, recruitment companies and restaurants.
Craig regularly advises clients on commercial matters and issues relating to the Corporations Act and drafts and reviews commercial contracts, including services agreements, agency and distribution agreements and terms and conditions of trade. Craig has also advised in relation to numerous bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings and investigations by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
