Background

Gina commenced employment with Warren McKeon Dickson in 2003 following our merger with D G Bowles & Company, with whom she had been working since 1990. In 1999, Gina completed a Licensed Conveyancer's course through Macquarie University.

Gina's experience includes all aspects of conveyancing transactions involving domestic, rural and commercial properties and drafting leases generally and pursuant to the Retail Leases Act.

Experience

Gina has extensive experience in "off the plan" sales and has acted for various property developers. Over the years, Gina has been involved in the preparation and drafting of contracts, arranged the lodgment of strata plans for registration and assisted in the establishment of numerous owners corporations. Gina's experience is a valuable resource for the WMD Property Group.

Gina has been involved in preparation of numerous leases within various shopping centres and the multi million dollar sales of various shopping centres.

Gina was previously involved in running a mortgage practice acting for mortgagees in short and long term mortgages for advances ranging from $30,000 to over $1 Million including the preparation of all forms of mortgage documents.

Due to her working closely with Denis Bowles, a Senior Consultant to Warren McKeon Dickson, Gina also has acquired an in depth knowledge of the incorporation of companies, registration of business names and the preparation and lodgement of documents with ASIC. Gina regularly prepares deed of debenture, obtains company extracts and other documents lodged with ASIC and assists generally in business transactions.
