Background

Jayne graduated from Sydney University and was admitted as a legal practitioner in New South Wales in 1998. Jayne was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2000 and was admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia on 1 July 2003.

Jayne joined Warren McKeon Dickson in March 2003 having previously gained extensive experience in Commercial Litigation with prominent London law firms Stephenson Harwood and Kingsley Napley. Jayne was appointed as a Senior Associate of the firm in May 2008.

Experience

Jayne's main areas of practice include conducting all types of Commercial and Civil Litigation including Family Provision Act claims. Jayne has wide-ranging experience advising clients in relation to all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution including the conduct of settlement negotiations.

Jayne is a key member of the Warren McKeon Dickson Probate Division and regularly provides advice in relation to complex estate planning issues including the preparation of wills, powers of attorney and enduring guardianship. Jayne has experience taking instructions in sensitive matters for financial management and care orders often involving clients in care facilities.

Whilst working in London, Jayne specialised in "white collar crime" advising on civil fraud claims, money laundering allegations and VAT fraud.
