Background
Jenny received her Diploma in Law (LPAB) in 1995. Jenny is a specialist planning and environmental lawyer with additional broad ranging experience in commercial litigation and commercial transactions.
Jenny joined Warren McKeon Dickson in November 2009 having practised with a number of national law firms, including as a partner heading one firm's Sydney planning and environmental group. Jenny has extensive experience in planning, environment, development and local government law.
Experience
Jenny has advised developers, local councils, the Department of Planning, Landcom and local resident groups on all aspects of planning and environmental law including matters relating to property acquisition, zoning, development consents, pollution, contamination, heritage, land valuation, section 94 contributions, infrastructure and Land & Environment Court litigation.
She has advised on many major projects including:

- Walsh Bay
- Pacific Place, Chatswood
- Outlook, Kellyville
- Jackson's Landing
Jenny has successfully acted in the Land & Environment Court on behalf of Defence Housing Authority, Mirvac Ltd and a raft of small and medium sized clients. Jenny has provided specialist advice to major national companies including Stockland Ltd, WSN Environmental Solutions, CSR and Lend Lease.
Jenny has a sound understanding of the development industry and sat on the Board of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (NSW) from 2003 to 2007 where she was the inaugural chair of its Women in Development committee, and also chaired its Legal committee. Jenny has also sat on the Board of Sylvanvale (previously the Handicapped Children's Centre).
